ACT CLEAN&SPIN workshop for SMES on ferry from Świnoujscie to Copenhagen and Oslo
From 23th to 27th of May 2010 the international conference, workshops and training took place on ferry from Swinoujscie to Copenhagen and Oslo. The workshop's topic was "Improvement of management system trough implementation of environmental technologies". German, Polish, Danish and Slovac technologies and tools related: energy efficiency, passive buildings, renewable energy, reduction of emission of green gasses (CO2), revitalization processes, improvement of environmental performance by improving environmental management system were presented by international speakers and/or distributed in writen mode.
The workshop was organized by Certification Office of Polish Register of Ships for his clients - SMEs representing different sectors of industry and services and by the National Contact Point for Eco-efficient Technologies and Management Systems from Central Mining Institute (GIG). GIG manage in Poland ACT CLEAN and SPIN projects so the workshops were great occasion for collecting opinions of SMEs related they needs, barriers and necessary incentives connected with access and implementation of eco-efficient technologies and tools as well as development of sustainable consumption by innovation. The study tour to see EnergieFlexHouse in Danish Technological Institute in Copenhagen was special attraction of this event. EnergyFlexHouse it is a high-tech laboratory where complete, innovative energy solutions for the building industry can be developed, tested and demonstrated and is therefore a platform for the collaboration between Danish companies, autorities and Danish Technological Institute.
